| We offer free technical support on all
printers and accessories sold at this site. Most issues can easily solve in a few minutes
over the phone. Technical support is available Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm E.S.T.
When calling please have the printer model number, serial number and have the printer and
software located close to the phone. If you purchased the printer elsewhere a fee may
apply. |

| All printers sold here at the
datamax-store.com are brand new and come with a manufactures factory warranty. We do not
sell re-furbished or used printers. The length of the warranty will vary from 1 to 5 years
depending on the model. The original print head has a one million linear inch or one year
warranty which ever comes first. Each printer will arrive with the warranty information
and a warranty card enclosed. Its highly recommended to read, fill in and return the
warranty card to ensure speedy warranty repairs. Should you encounter a problem with any
item. Please contact us and request technical support. If we determined that there is a
fault with the unit we will issue a RMA# and instructions on where to ship the unit for
repair. |

| If your printers warranty has expired or you
purchased your printer elsewhere. You may return it for depot repair. Our Depot Repair
rates are $95 per hour plus any parts not covered under warranty. We will look at provide
a free quote before performing any repairs. Depot Repair is available Monday to
Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm. E.S.T When calling please have printer model number, serial
number and description of problem. Depot Repair is available regardless of where your
printer was purchased or how long you have had your printer. |

| Windows drivers (95 and above) are included
with every printer shipped. The drivers are located the accessories CD included with the
printers. Place the CD in to CD-ROM drive. If the CD does not auto-run, select start menu
and enter D:\Cdsetup.exe, press OK. Where D is you CD-ROM drive letter. Follow
menus. Download the latest drivers. |
