Returns
We will repair or replace any item within 30 days at our sole discretion. Any
unopened item in new resalable conditional may be returned within 15 days of order date
for a credit less 15% restocking and any shipping charges. Any opened or used item can be
returned with 10 days from ship date less 45% restocking charge and any shipping charges.
Print heads, labels and ribbons are non returnable. Should you need to return a product
obtain a RMA# you must have purchased the products from this web site, any item returned
without an RMA# cannot be credited. You need to save and return your packing slip or
invoice and all product items in the original packaging.
Right to Terminate
datamax-store.com reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel
orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if datamax-store.com believes
that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of
datamax-store.com and its affiliates
